Refund Policy

We aim to ensure a positive, inclusive experience for all members of Clinicians with Conditions. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership or purchase, we are here to help.
 

1. Membership Refunds

If you have purchased a paid membership or subscription:

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, provided no exclusive digital content or services have been accessed.

  • After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not available, but exceptions may be considered in cases of illness, hardship, or technical failure.
     

2. Event or Workshop Refunds

Refunds for bookings to events, webinars, or workshops will be offered as follows:

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the event.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 48 hours to 6 days before the event.

  • No refund if cancelled within 48 hours, unless under exceptional circumstances.
     

3. Digital Products and Resources

Given the nature of digital content:

  • Refunds are not typically offered for downloadable resources, unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.

  • If you experience an issue, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
     

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email clinicianswithconditions@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and email address

  • Purchase or membership details

  • Reason for the request

We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days, and process eligible refunds within 7–10 working days.
